Terms and Conditions

Payment

All course and workshop fees are payable in full before the start of the course or workshop. Should we not receive full payment in time, we reserve the right to deny attendance on the course/workshop.

Quality Guarantee

We stand by our work. If you’re not satisfied with the quality or delivery of our training, we will gladly refund you 100% of the course fees paid. You need to bring any complaint to our attention within the first 4 hours of the course and you must give us a reasonable chance to address your complaint. If you are still not satisfied, we will refund you 100% of course fees paid, under which circumstances all training materials remain the property of The Wilderness Software Company.

Cancellations

If we cancel a course for any reason, we will refund you 100% of all fees paid.

If you cancel a course reservation more than two weeks before the start of the course, a 20% cancellation fee will apply, plus any unrecoverable travel expenses and/or facility and events deposits incurred by The Wilderness Software Company.

If you cancel a course reservation within two weeks of the start of the course, a 50% cancellation fee will apply, plus any unrecoverable travel expenses and/or facility and events deposits incurred by The Wilderness Software Company.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the start of a course or during a course. You are, however, welcome to have someone else take the place of a course delegate who is unable to attend the course.
